This is Off street Private/ secure parking which can only be entered/ exited by Electric Gate/ Fob

A Fob will need to be obtained before Entry, once the Fob is secured you will be responsible for the Fob for the duration of the Parking Space occupancy . If the Fob is Lost or Damaged then you will be expected to replace this. Once the Occupancy is complete again the Fob will be expected to be handed back in working order
