One allocated space located on Velocity North in Leeds. The space is close to Leeds Train Station, Leeds City Centre, Bridgewater Place, Crown Point Shopping Centre, Granary Wharf and Two miles from end of M621. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4). At this location there is CCTV and Disabled access.

The space is available 7AM-7PM on weekdays. A security fob is required for this parking space, instructions for collection will be provided in your confirmation email. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

This space is ideal for commuters/anyone driving into Leeds for work on weekdays as it is incredibly close to the city centre.

It is fully secure with a gate but as of February 2026, you do not need to collect a fob. The owner can open the gate remotely via their phone (please text me on arrival).

When arriving, please aim for St Barnabas Road and you should see the black gates at Velocity North. Please note that this space is available on weekdays only, 7am to 7pm.
