The number plate recognition sometimes does not work due to paying online but the staff are efficient and friendly resolving the issue

The entrance to the parking did not match the postcode or road name. The entry system was not automatic, I had to use the help button to contact a car park attendant, I was told to take a ticket to gain entry past the barrier. I had to press the help button on exit to get an attendant to let me out. Not a convenient access system, not user friendly at all and not as described in the app.

Finding the parking was very easy but entry was a bit stressful. Intercom was not answered straight away. I was then told to take a ticket. I was told on exit to call the intercom and I would be let out. This happened but took some time and a bit of confusion. Hopefully next week all will go smoothly!

When I turned up, I did not have to speak to them to lift the barrier, as it lifted automatically. When I left, I pressed button at barrier, and attendant came out from his room to say barrier should raise automatically, as camera can see, but that it happens all time, and he would raise the barrier for me. I usually use the Holiday Inn in Tudor Street, but it was not on the map like normal. I will use Princesshay again, as it is only a short walk to the High Street/main shopping/eateries! It is slightly more expensive than Holiday Inn, but cut normal parking charges by about half!
