The parking is in ZONE 1 and INSIDE the congestion zone, which is (currently) chargeable between 7am-6pm Mon-Fri and 12pm-6pm Sat/Sun. You will NOT BE CHARGED by TfL while parked if you enter or exit outside of these times.
