Upon arriving at the car park: Drive up to the barrier, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system will recognise your booking and the barrier will rise.  Enter the car park and drive into a vacant space. Take a transfer bus to the terminal. If your number plate is not recognised, please press the button for assistance. Please look after you ticket as you need it upon return. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer. The NCP Flightpath Heathrow transfers are free to and from Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. The buses run every 20-minutes between 04:00-11.40pm and take just 8-12-minutes to reach the terminals. When you return from your trip, you can catch the free transfer from bus stop 17 at Terminal 2 and stop 22 at Terminal 3.  Travellers who arrive back at the airport between 04:00-11.40pm simply need to call NCP directly, and the staff will arrange a free transfer for you.

There are four disabled car parking spaces available at the NCP Flightpath car park which operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Staff are also available to assist you with the loading and unloading of baggage when requested.
