Need to know

Call the car park around 20 minutes before you arrive. Head to the Terminal Parking car park at Terminal 3 – your driver will meet you at the Purple Parking desk, take your keys, and park your car for you. From there you can walk to the terminal in minutes.

When you land, call once you've picked up your bags. Walk back to where you dropped your car – it'll be ready and waiting.

Flying back to a different terminal? No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier and staff are on hand 24/7 to help if you need anything during drop-off or pick-up.

No shuttle means this service works well for anyone with limited mobility – just drop your car and go. It's also ideal if you're travelling with kids, extra bags or need a quick getaway.

The small print

Heathrow is within the ULEZ – check if your car meets emissions standards, or you'll need to pay the daily charge.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under a 2.05m height restriction and in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). They can't accept vehicles with 8 or more seats.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make.
