Monthly Parking on Arc Court, RM7

One allocated space located on Arc Court in Romford, Essex. The space is close to Wildflower Meadow at Jubilee Park, Helipad and Queen's Hospital. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Medium - (4 Door). At this location there is CCTV and Security lighting.

The space is available 24 hours on all days. A permit is required for this parking space, instructions for collection will be provided in your confirmation email. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

This is a dedicated, numbered residential bay. Because the block is managed by an online permit site, I will personally log your vehicle’s registration number (VRN) into the building management portal to authorize your parking.

I require 24 hours' notice before your first day to get your vehicle whitelisted on the system. If you ever use a temporary courtesy car, you must notify me immediately so I can update the management site and prevent any automated ticketing.
