Need to know

Head straight to the Maple Parking meeting point in Terminal Car Park 1. One of the team will meet you, take your keys and park your car while you take the short walk to the terminal.

When you get back, give the car park a call when you've picked up your luggage, and they'll bring your car back to the meeting point.

Accessibility

Meet and greet parking is ideal for any accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:

• 24-hour patrols

The small print

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 a day. This is subject to change.

If you do return early please give Maple Parking as much notice as possible, or you may experience delays. You will not be refunded for any unused time.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.
