The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Seafront location in Kemptown. 2 minutes walk to Kemptown cafes. 7 minutes walk to Brighton Pier and Sea Life. 10 minutes walk to Sea Lanes. 15 minutes walk to the North Lanes and Brighton central. 20 minutes walk to The Hilton Hotel. 25 minutes walk from Brighton train Station. 2o minutes to Brighton Marina.

I also have a second parking space that is available from time to time. I generally only rent out one space because there is a possibility that a vehicle parked incorrectly could block access. For this reason, I would only make both spaces available when they are booked together by the same party or group. This allows the parking arrangement to be coordinated appropriately and ensures that both spaces remain accessible throughout the booking period. If you wish to book both parking spaces I recommend booking the first space, then l will open the second space for you to make the booking at an agreed time, ensuring that it cannot be reserved by another customer.
