Dont like to pay for parking when staying in a hotel . As for the app very user friendly.

Rubbish customer service Had to end trip early due to son having Covid, a very worrying time for a parent. Having stated 1 of 4 days paid for I requested a refund, which they are not forthcoming with. Apparently Covid is a fact of life now and customers should be aware.

Parking divested fromholiday inn hotel additional log in and payment needed which is in necessary. Can’t add to hotel charges Have used this car park about 5 times and don’t always get an invoice copy Car charging BP pulse not functioning for over a month. Easy money for not a lot of customer value

Considering this is a car park for an attached hotel, the fact there is no discount for those staying demonstrates this is a profit generation machine - not a service for those using it most.

I use this hotel regularly and I would recommend the car park. Plenty of spaces and disabled spaces near to the door
