Mid Stay 1 gives you the best of both worlds – secured airport parking and the freedom to park yourself. Just drive in, find a space, and head off on foot. No shuttles, no handovers, and your keys stay with you.

Need to know

Head straight to Mid Stay 1. Drive to the entry barrier where your number plate will be recognised and you'll get a ticket. The barrier will lift automatically. Park in any space and keep your keys with you.

When you get back, walk to the car park. Pick up your car and drive to the exit. Insert your ticket, and the barrier will lift automatically so you can head home.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a 6-hour grace period at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
