Would certainly recommend, easy to find using Google maps. Great location for bars and restaurants. The pre pay service was so easy to use.

Close to the Symphony Hall. Easy to find a parking space once I arrived. The prepay system requires revision. ANPR is used elsewhere which opens the exit barrier automatically. The bar code given did not work and I had to wait a long time before the assistance call button was answered. This held up other users. The assistant said go to the gate and we will let you out. The assistance call button at the barrier had a long delay and caused disruption to others queuing behind me. It was rush hour. They gave up and reversed to use another barrier. As a stranger to Birmingham the location was very difficult to find as there were road closures and no diversion notices mentioning how to access Brindley Place car park. I used satnav but due to the closures after 20 minutes of fruitless search, I asked a pedestrian who directed me. Not sure if this will incur fines due extensive bus lane and other traffic restrictions. My visit was to the Symphony Hall for a world class performance in a highly acclaimed venue, an experience totally spoilt by the parking problems which have a long way to go to meet the standards of the performance and venue.

Prebooking didn't work - had to call for assistance We were not the only ones judging by the wait for assistance and the queues of cars waiting to get out at the end of the gig.

Really easy car park to find following the Sat Nav. Clean and well lit so didn't feel intimidated being a lone femail - even on my return to the car part at around 11pm. My only criticism is - I drive a 4x4, even when parked centrally within the available space, it was difficult to open my driver door when parking next to another large vehicle. I did have to change spaces in order to leave my vehicle without causing damage to the vehicle next to me. Yes - I would definitely recommed this car park to others :)

Very convenient place but a nightmare to find at the moment, even the traffic warden had trouble directing me!
