    Disappointed that when I turned up there was nowhere to park. Asked a lady who was getting out her car & she said she worked there so was able to park there as she had a permit. It should state that there may not be spaces due to permit holders

    When we got there within our parking time all the spaces were taken. We phoned the helpline who couldn’t offer any assistance and didn’t have anyone to contact. They were suggesting we booked another space somewhere else and pay an increased amount! After about an hour a car left and we could use our allocated space. Not good enough!

    It was quite easy to find the parking space. There was nobody there to see us in or out, but the location was fantastic for the shopping facilities or for Hampton Court - around a 20 minute walk for us to the Palace. I would highly recommend this parking space for an easy, no hassle parking experience.

    A bit tricky to negotiate the kerb if you are taking the last available space but very convenient for Kingston town centre. Would recommend.
