Easy to find the place. Manned all the one if help needed. Just need to make sure you park on clearly labelled or ask for help at the entrance when you arrive

All the marked spaces were taken when I arrived, I drove round and round trying to follow the hand drawn map, it wasn’t very easy to follow. I spoke to the security man and managed to park in the visitor parking but I was 15 minutes late due to the difficulty of following the map then finding no available spaces, perhaps this was overbooked or maybe someone else incorrectly parked in a YPS space??

Upon arriving to this carpark, once you are through the barrier, you are faced with whether to turn right or left, take either turning and you will go into a labyrinth of turnings. On the day I came, there was a massive great big van parked in a space that was on a corner which made it impossible to get pass without mounting the kerb to get passed. Once passed, all of the spaces were taken and the markings on the floor are almost impossible to make out, with my phone in one hand, driving in the other and squinting to make out the floor markings, you will be hard pushed to find a parking space. After spending ages trying to find a space on the right ride of the car park, I then turned around and went to the left wing which was 3 times the size. Again, absolutely impossible to make out the floor markings and equally impossible to find a parking spot. I tried asking the attendant at the front but he just told me look for the YourParkingSpace stickers on the floor. I eventually left and needed up paying £23 in the Waitrose Carpark in Canary Wharf. I will not be booking here again, total waste of time and money. I would have gladly paid the £23 for the hassle.
