Parked in the IBIS Earls Court, as there was no attendant on site, I wasn't sure where I should go to park, But having checked out some of the reviews I remembered someone had commented on the button to push to open the shutters down the ramp, I proceeded down the ramp and hey presto the shutters went up, Number Place recognition was working. As for the parking, just great, found an empty space, no problem. As for price, to me very cheap, I have worked in the area for many years in the past and parking and meter prices are extortionate, so this was a real find. Highly recommend it.

I was a little disappointed to discover that there was a significant height restriction to the carpark, 5'8" does not let an SUV park in the carpark and if this information was on the website I would have been able to select another location. It was only due to the help of the gentleman in the Hotel that I was able to park above ground and not have my day effected. So to the staff at the Hotel I say thank you - but the web site needs some work.

great location and very safe and secure. The hotel is derelict so when we arrived, we didn't realise straight away that parking was still operating separately! It would have been helpful for that to have been made clear when booking!
