NEVER BOOK OFF THIS MAN. Upon already paying for the space and having just parked my vehicle the owner came home intoxicated, not understanding that we had already booked it. He became VIOLENT & ABUSIVE forcing us to park elsewhere, this very nearly became a police incident. If you want a hassle free parking experience, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very convenient for the A12, or for two or three DLR stations nearby. Still easy to find even though a little way off the main road in a relatively quiet residential street. I arrived quite late at night and departed again at night and had no problem at all either time (this was my second time parking at Passfield Drive). Would definitely recommend to others.
