Excellent location, easy to find with GPS, plenty of spaces were available, the number plate recognition open the gate automatically. The only problem was the connection car paths between 2 levels were small for my car with evidence of many accidents and crashes to the wall! Will use it again in the future.

Great value and convenience was great too only big problem is the ramps are thin it’s a struggle getting your car up and down them. I have an Audi A5 and Mini Paceman used them both in the car park and was so worried about hitting the sides not made wide enough saw other cars struggle

Good rate, but instructions said 'your vehicle registration will be recognised and a ticket will be automatically produced, and the barriers will rise'. This didn't work in the car park I was using (John Lewis/Citipark in Cheltenham) - they expect a bar code that you scan. Quite a lot of faffing around needed to sort.

As mentioned by other users, didn't recognize my registration when I arrived. Pressed the intercom and a gentleman came out who proceeded to pressed for a ticket even though I advised him I already paid online. He assured me on exit to pressed the intercom to get the barriers lifted. On exit, I pressed the intercom, same gentleman comes out and tells me that I need to scan a barcode from my online receipt, I advised him there isn't a barcode and that it is not in the instructions. A queue is building up behind me and so the gentleman pressed the intercom to which I advised the lady I already paid online, she asked for my reg number and the barriers lifted. Even though my first experience didn't go as smoothly as advised in the instructions. I would use again on value for money and plenty of ample spaces ( I parked on a Friday late morning).

Our Vehicle was not picked up on entering and leaving , had to speak on voice control to sort entry and on leaving speak to another person to let us out. when busy would cause large hold ups.
