Plenty of spaces. Just make sure you go straight over the traffic light for entrance

Great location just behind the National Marine Aquarium. Easy to park, just be careful you go to the correct Premier Inn (Lockyers Quay) as there is another one next door with a different car park!

Great value parking right next to National Aquarium. Plenty of choice of good sized bays. Just park and go, very easy.

Secure, with sensible sizes of bays. Just a short walk to the National Marine Aquarium and Plymouth's famous Barbican.

We have a large people carrier with a roofbox on so wouldn't get into the multistorey. Booking was easy, paid online but be careful the postcode takes you to the other premier inn, there are two. The one you want is directly opposite the Harbour multistorey car park.

Easy to find location, variety of spaces available. Some might be little bit tight if you have a large car. Short walk to National Marine Aquarium. Good price for duration of parking. Definitely recommend

Good for the Barbican area and the Aquarium. Make sure you go to the correct Premier Inn carpark as there are 2 close together

Zero stars would be appropriate, but the system requires a minimum of one. Pros: The parking area is easy to find and easy to get to. It is also situated near the pedestrian crossing over to the Barbican (5 mins walk going by the aquarium). Cons: DO NOT rely on having a space when you arrive! I booked in advance, I paid in advance, and I (foolishly) assumed there would be parking available. Upon arrival there were no parking spaces available - the car park was full, even to the point where a few cars had parked in areas not designated for parking (hashed-off areas, etc.) We left the car park feeling quite angry and frustrated, but decided to go back in to see if we too could perhaps park in a non-designated parking area. We were extremely fortunate that someone was just leaving as we came back in so thankfully, we took that vacant space. While we were getting our stuff out the car, a car pulled up asking if were just leaving. I apologised and said no. They said they too had booked and paid for a space and couldn't find one. The car park is shared between Lockyers Quay pub, Premiere Inn and Your Parking Space customers. There is no control who parks in the car park, so you'll have no idea if you can actually park having paid up front. There appears to be evidence of automated control of entry to the car park (ANPR and barriers) but it looked like it had been damaged quite some while ago and never put back into use. Perhaps if the system was re-installed/fixed and operated correctly then this car park may be of use again to Your Parking Space users. You ought to be aware that Your Parking Space are NOT liable for any parking issues, they simply act as a ‘middle man’, the 'contract' is between you and the space provider. The 'space provider' also have get-out clauses if they wish to withdraw a parking space you've booked and paid for, or non is available. A refund is all that you may get, and if you're travelling and relying on a space, a refund after chasing around is not going to compensate you for time, stress and alternative parking. Have a read of the terms and conditions. I have used other spaces booked through Your Parking Space and had no issues, sometime even having my 'own' spot reserved. This car park however seems like a total free-for-all, ‘first come first serve’ and being waste of your time and money. My advice - avoid!
