Easy to find, well lit, easy access to the cathedral which was needed for a concert I was playing in. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

No problem at all with the space. Finding it was easy. Booking was straightforward. Very convenient for attending a superb concert by The Sixteen in the Cathedral!

Booked for all day following a trip to York, was going to be a very long day. It would only let me book until 6pm which I assumed meant it was free thereafter. However when I got there it advised a separate charge 6pm -6am of £12 but wasn’t very clear on how to pay. Had to leave the car and get my train and decide to email your parking space for advice. Response was provided but not very helpful, so later on in the day I was able to go back on the app and suddenly the option to book 6pm-9.30pm opened up and cost an additional £3. On plus side it Was very handy for train station and cost (eventually) £9 for 13 hours, and there was enough spaces. Entrance a bit obscure as it isn’t the left hand side car park but right hand (directly in front of youth centre) so you had to go down side road to access it.

I can only comment on the booking process, which was very straightforward. I didn't in the end use the parking space because as I approached cathedral square I saw that one of the city car parks had been reserved for people coming for the Covid vaccination. As I was right there it seemed easiest to use it rather than go on to Cathedral Square, as I'm not familiar with the one way streets in the middle of Blackburn.

Poorly signposted. Two car parks but no mention of Cathedral Square Car Park mentioned on sign

The only problem we had was that the post code given wasn't recognised on our Sat nav but the hotel website gives a correct post code. As you go down jubilee street take the first right and the entrance is on the left with red barriers (currently they have been removed though). The cathedral is then just round the corner if your going for vaccination. Will definatley use this car park online again without hesitation. Hope this helps anyone else who uses this car park.

Great spot. Easy access to the cathedral whilst volunteering at the vaccination programme. Felt slightly vulnerable whilst walking back to my car in the dark!

Was difficult to find parking , had to go round the one way system twice as it was on the other side of the Premier Inn . No problem when we got there . It was only a couple of minutes walk to the Cathedral, so very close .
