Whilst we got a space ok, I can imagine, it being difficult, there are only about 20 spaces and the car park is very tight, so may not be suitable for larger cars. Felt that ot was fairly secure and the spaces are bigger than supermarket carpal spaces.

Small carpark, tight to get in and out off as there are cars that are not parked in marked bays.

Parking would have been easy to find if it wasn’t for roadworks diversions and blocked roads that my sat nav didn’t pick up. Ideal spot for my hotel and only minutes walk from city centre. Would certainly recommend this parking to all and booking in advance a must as limited size of this particular car park.

I paid for 2 days parking where it states I can come an go freely throughout this time which I did what it did not say was when you come back your parking space may have been given to someone else and there would not any other spaces left not good

Should be able to book and have the car space for the duration of your stay.not first come and if you go out you hope you can get back in again and the payment machine stopped working.And not enough parking spaces.

If you are pre-booking to ensure a parking space don’t bother!! We pre-booked the Premier Inn Chester car park. The instructions for finding the car park were not adequate. We had to ask at reception. There was no barrier on the entrance of the gate to the car park so there’s no way to limit parking slots for those who have pre-booked. This car park is very small so as you can imagine we thought it best to pre-book. The information provided was misleading.

Had a parking space booked for 6pm last friday when we arrived there was no spaces free as the car park is very small. As we were staying at the premier inn for 2 nights. I was a bit annoyed that as we had booked no space was available I was unable to contact anyone as the phone line closed at 5.30. luckily we waited around suddenly a space appeared like magic. Great parking space if staying at the premier inn but be aware it is a very small car park.

It was easy to pay but we stayed for 2 nights and it said we should only pay £5 for the second night but when we tried to lay there was no option for a reduction so ended up paying another £10
