1 space available. Monthly parking rate only. Park tight to the garage doors. Please remember to park neatly and not overlap spaces or block others from leaving. Also, please do not park on the neighbours grass to the right of the garage.
My parking location is in a private road with no passing traffic or pedestrians so is very quiet. There is a RING doorbell camera and a motion-sensor security light covering the parking areas.
Please let me know if you need to leave earlier than your booked departure time so I don't block you in with my car! :-o
