The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

This location is very close to bus stops to, and from Leeds city center. Buses should take you to town in approximately 5-10 minutes. There is also an Iceland and B&M store a minute's walk away.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:

- CCTV is available on site, but I am unaware if this parking spot is being covered, or if the CCTV even works. Park here at your own risk.

- With regards to disabled access, this parking space is located on the ground floor/level, so there shouldn't be any issues.

- This parking area is shared with the rubbish bin area of the complex, and there are rare occasions where there might be RUBBISH around. Please keep this in mind.

- It should also be said that in the extreme occation where another resident might park in this spot, there are a dosen other parking spots that you can use. Therefore, a parking space is pretty much always guaranteed.
