Handy for the hotel but the ramps are fairly tight. Glad I only have a small car.

Very secure spaces are to small for a big car and as you go up and down the ramps there to narrow and you will end up catching your wheels

Worst car park ever Tightest place and most difficult to manoeuvre in!! Doesn’t justify the price to park there and if I had known I wouldn’t have booked there

The most terrible car park I have ever seen! It is so tight that I honestly believe it should be illegal. You can see scratches every where from all of the other cars that had to deal with navigating this so called awful car park. The ramps have concrete steps in for pedestrians, I understand they need pedestrian walks but like any other car park they could of painted that on the ground. Ended up scraping my car on the concrete steps. The damage is probably worth a couple of hundred pound. For this reason we will not be staying in this location again. Avoid at all costs.

Great secure parking, however the spaces and ramps between the floors are VERY small so watch out if you have a wide vehicle!

Arrived at this carpark which was easy to find. The gates opened straight away no problem, however this carpark is horrendous to use. The ramps are so tight and the spaces are so small. There is not enough room to swing the car round to hit the ramp at the right angle, which means you need to reverse to get it right hoping there isn't another car behind. I've been driving over 15 years and was with a friend in her car and we both had trouble, so it's not down to our driving. Some spaces have bollards eitherside. Once you have parked you cannot open your door as the bollards are beside the drivers side door, unable to open the door enough to get out. I've never seen anything like it. We felt it also should be free, when staying at the hotel, but had to pay £5 each. I complained to the lady within the premier Inn and she said the building is really old. Upon leaving, again, after the pain of trying to get down the ramps without scratching my car to death. (Clear that others had, as the paint marks on the walls was clear to show its happend) the gate would not open after putting the code in several times. I was told by another driver that there is a sensor and it needs to be activated. I had passed the sensor and it did not activate. I reversed down and drove back up. Same problem. A premier Inn member of staff had to come out and manually open the gates for us. I told her this carpark ishockings

This tiny multi storey cat park is not fit for purpose. The layout is so cramped and small that it is very difficult to navigate the car park without damaging your car. Tiny spaces, many of which are completely unusable because, for example, one tiny space is surrounded on 3 sides by walls. Avoid this car park, unless you have a tiny car such as a smart car.

The car park was easy to find, there were plenty of spaces available. I can't give 5 stars, because the car park is incredibly tight. There's loads of scratches on the walls where people have obviously grazed the paintwork on the side of their car! My partner is a skilled driver, and although we were fine, he said it was "pretty tight" and not suitable for less confident drivers. The app to pay the for our parking was easy to to use, £5 per day I thought was reasonable!

Great parking experience. Loads of space for car. Fast payment system. Would definitely park there again.
