I have a parking space available in Rodney Place. There is a large amount of parking and always a large number of free spaces. If you agree to rent my space, I will provide a permit to display. I am typically not available during office hours to provide or collect the permit (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm). Note that the permit renews annually at the end of August, and I will provide the new permit for display should your rental period overlap with this. When the rental period ends I will require the permit back.

Legal Stuff: The Owner is not responsible for or damage to any vehicle or any items left in a vehicle parked in the designated space/garage. Unless caused by deliberate act and/or malice by his/her self or member of his/her family but is bound by a “Duty of Care”. The Parker is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or by said vehicle to the Owner’s property and/or articles in excess of normal use and wear and tear.
