    Easy accesible parking with good size spaces. Short walk from adventure park and seaside. Really happy with it.

    Not very happy go to my parking space and there was no spaces X wait 20 minutes for someone to move winter in the premier in and was told the car park is nothing to do with him so you have to wait your turn if you pre-book there should be parking spaces won’t be using your service again Mr Williams

    Very busy, after I’ve done the booking and arriving in the parking area I didn’t find any fee spots and I had to wait 1h and 20 minutes to get parking bay. Frustrating!

    Only 10 minutes walk from central Southend. Easy to park and feels like a safe place to leave the car due to cctv, would definitely use again
