Parking on Rosebank, SW6, London

Space Description

One allocated space located on Rosebank in London. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Van. At this location there is CCTV, Security Lighting, On-Site Staff, Covered Parking and Disabled Access.

The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

The parking space is in Central London Zone 1, and in a prime Location, in Fulham.

It is perfect if arriving early, save £15-£17.50 off congestion charge daily and is hassle free to go to work or spend time along the river for the day.

It’s really convenient for longer lets, if renting an Air BnB for a short time and want to bring your car down.

As a parking permit is needed during the day from Monday to Saturday between 7am to 7.30pm and the congestion zone starts at 7am and runs out at 10.pm.

This occurs in most of central London, but don’t worry as you would definitely benefit from this off road private parking space.

This is ideal for those situations, with deals and offers included for longer lets!

For long stays 3 nights plus, message me for better accessibility..

**Do not park here!!** You need a fob which only residents have to be able to enter and exit car park. Luckily the kind caretaker opened the gate for me but this is NOT guaranteed and they are going to stop external parking at this site according to him due to this very problem.

The location is great and I successfully parked as booked so, yes, I would recommend. However, it was not easy to find. My SatNav listed 9 Rosebanks in London, none of which was the correct one. (That is because Rosebank is the name of the residence, not of a street). In future, mention Holyport Street, which the SatNav knows. The emailed instructions were thorough but I got confused between the number of the owner's flat (73) and the number of the parking space (18). I never noticed the latter, so I tried to park in space 73, which was already occupied. In future, omit the number of the flat, which is irrelevant anyway. The instructions gave 2 telephone numbers to ring in case of problems so I called about space 73. Neither number answered, although Dr Dina kindly called me back later.

The information on this space says: "The space is available 24 hours on all days." "The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Van." I booked 1700-2300, and on arrival sent text to owner saying I would be back be back to collect car at 22.30. I got no response to my text. In the event I arrived to collect car 2302. Gates locked !. I sent text to owner, who replied "The last time for coming is 11pm". .... so much for "24 hours on all days" He then asked for £50.00 (by bank transfer) to come and open the gates. I had no means on me to do bank transfer, so offered cash. Owner required photographic proof that I had the cash. I sent photo of 5x£10 notes and owner arrived in taxi ten minutes later, smiling and jolly! After opening the gates, he said "I hope you'll give me a 5-star review after I went to all this trouble". You dear reader can make up your own mind. The space itself is very very tight, and it is not suitable for anything other than a small car. A very kind lady passer-by helped me reverse in safely. IF I use this space again I will do so only after extremely careful consideration.

Parking was very easy to find. Tamar was very helpful and easy contactable when needed. A Van could easily fit in the space. I would definitely recommend this spot and would use again if in the area in the future. 5/5.

The parking space located in the basement is definitely not suitable for large cars/vans as stated, only small or up to medium size cars. Still require good driving skills to park there as it’s very tight. Overpriced !!!

Finding the space was fairly straight forward and it felt like a safe environment. But the contact I was given when I booked the space was very unhelpful. He didn't return my call when he said he was going to and when I eventually got through to him, was then unable to supply me with the key fob required for me to exit. He guaranteed the gates would be open at the time of me leaving but of course, they were locked! I couldn't get in to the carpark to reach my car and couldn't then get my car out!! Neither could I get an answer from the porter call button - which was the only piece of advise he gave me. Eventually a passing resident was kind enough to let me in to retrieve my car and also waited to let me out. Not the best parking experience!
