Space Description

One allocated space located on Rosebank in London. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Van. At this location there is CCTV, Security Lighting, On-Site Staff, Covered Parking and Disabled Access.

The space is available 24 hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 6AM-6PM on Monday, Tuesday and 6AM-1PM on Sunday. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

The parking space is in Central London Zone 1, and in a prime Location, in Fulham.

It is perfect if arriving early, save £15-£17.50 off congestion charge daily and is hassle free to go to work or spend time along the river for the day.

It’s really convenient for longer lets, if renting an Air BnB for a short time and want to bring your car down.

As a parking permit is needed during the day from Monday to Saturday between 7am to 7.30pm and the congestion zone starts at 7am and runs out at 10.pm.

This occurs in most of central London, but don’t worry as you would definitely benefit from this off road private parking space.

    The parking space is very convenient if you are going to the football at Craven Cottage. However be aware the gates are closed at the weekend and the space owner is uncontactable despite having two phone numbers. Pressing the caretaker button on the intercom does nothing. This leaves you having to wait for the off chance that another resident might come along and let you in. But that’s not all, you then have to wait for another resident to let you out. The residents know about the space being rented out and appear to be angry that the space owner basically leaves it to them to open and close the gate. Luckily we didn’t wait long, but our helpful resident told us that some people have been left waiting an hour.

    The experience was generally positive. The instructions were very comprehensive and helpful. The gate was open when we arrived so all straightforward. When we wanted to leave the gate was closed and there was no answer from the concierge. We called the owner who was very helpful.

    DO NOT RENT THIS SPACE! The owner is hostile, rude, and tries to add extra fees without warning! It is in a private gated community and the owner doesn't let you in! When I arrived, there was no one to let me in. The owner didn't answer the phone, the caretaker wasn't there either. I had to wait until another resident arrived to get in, only after a long explanation and showing my confirmation emails. As if it was not bad enough already the owner returned my phone call 4 hours later at 8 pm and said it was my fault I could not get in. He was quite hostile and rude, despite the fact I had followed all the instructions. Even though he returned the phone call as he obviously had missed calls he asked me to send a screenshot proving the time that I called him! Saying I was lying about the time I arrived etc. He then demanded that I pay a £35 deposit for a key fob, as my stay was longer than 1 day. In addition to paying for the key fob he wanted me to return to his flat to get it!!! 4 hours later!!! As if I didn't have plans. When I refused to pay the deposit as this was not stated anywhere prior to booking, the owner threatened to cancel my booking. I could not believe the fact that I was having an argument with the owner at 8 pm having to defend myself when he was clearly at fault. In the end, I was so frustrated I said he could cancel my booking and demanded a full refund. At that point, he changed his mind about the necessity of paying £35 for the key fob to keep the booking. Then to make matters worse he called me back a 7 am the next morning waking me up for no reason to ask who I was. We spoke the night before! I saw the caretaker when I was leaving, he asked kindly if I could not book here again as it's against the property terms and conditions. The caretaker has notified the owner before but he still continues to rent the parking space. The hassle you get parking your car in this space is not worth the trouble and the stress that comes with the owner. Absolutely shocking experience.

    This paring space is a very good space, close to Fulham amenities in a quiet, private residential spot. However, I cannot recommend this space as it is within a private residential compound and access is only by key fob (no code). I had read other reviews noting this but as there were several telephone numbers and supposedly a caretaker available I thought that with any problems these could be resolved once I arrived. Alas - no caretaker (maybe because it was a Saturday) and when I arrived, the gates were shut and the space owner did not pick up on either phone. Fortunately, after 10-15 minutes a resident let me in, somewhat suspicious, which was uncomfortable and a little embarrassing. I tried to contact the owner on both phones, by text and left a voicemail - no response. I came back five hours late to the space to find myself locked out again - I had to ask a resident to let me in but they had gone one by the time I got in my car to get out and I was stuck as you needed a fob to exit - again no response from the space owner and I had to get the attention of a resident to let me out - again embarrassing and wasted a further 15 minutes. No caretaker available. Unfortunately this is a paring space with a lot of hassle and risk that you will be delayed so book it and beware that it is difficult to access and the owner appears not to be avaiable.

    very good parking place, safe and clean. The only issue is with the fob needed to close and open the main gate. Had to call the owner and to contact the caretaker to open the gates for us

    Didn’t end up using the space due to street parking loser to destination available but when booked the information provided was perfect. Also great directions to the parking space. If needed in the future would definitely use this one.
