It was just perfect for our needs. Good location and easy to find.

Very easy to find the space. Access through to the rear is tight and the spots are small, don’t think we would have fit in spot 1 if that was the only one available.

It all worked out ok. It felt a little out of the way, but all was ok with car upon return. I suggest getting the little google man out to see the kerbside view of the opening as it could easily be missed. Braemar House is about 10-20 yds towards the south end of the st. so slow down a lot to turn in as the opening appears suddenly.

The choice of three spaces but the the only one available when I arrived was number 1, this space looks to be the smallest of the three which isn’t great as I have a VW sharan, even with my mirrors folded in and the car parked as close to the wall as possible the space still wasn’t big enough. I rang the owner to inform that this was the case and left the car, although wasn’t really happy to. I returned after 4 days to find out why space number 1 was available…. As it was next to the wall my car was absolutely covered in seagull crap, I literally couldn’t see clearly enough out of my windscreen so had to find the nearest car wash before continuing my journey home. Sorry, but this parking space wasn’t great.

As long as you can get through the very tight entrance this location is very handy and secure.

Space is a bit tight but just about fits a brand new Audi A4. Safe and close to town.

Hi All. Basically, experience is good, but you need to be skilled to drive via a small tunnel and park a nearby wall. I have SUV (Vitara) and I was left only with the No 1 parking space option, which is nearby the wall on the left. As for SUV, it was super tight to squeeze. If you have a bigger car ask for 5 or 8 spots to be reserved for you. Actual parking is looking spacious enough to maneuver. 5-10 min walk to seaside and 2-5 min to shops

Easy to find (with Google maps!). A narrow entrance but coped in an XC90. Similarly, the spaces are tight but manageable even in a larger car.
