The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Users of this car park do so at their own risk, and the owner will not accept liability for accident, loss or damage, to any vehicle or its contents.

Cars must be MOT’d, taxed, and fully insured whilst using this space. Reason being- If for example you have no tax or MOT, and the below happens then you’ve got no insurance.

In the “unlikely event” of the car going on fire

Yes I know! I have now got to mention this due to electric cars etc. Your car Insurance policy will be liable to cover any damages to garage buildings, or neighbouring cars.

If your car has an oil leak, please don’t book my space.

Be careful not to hit the garage door, flower pots, or neighbouring cars otherwise you will have to pay for any damage.

Text me on arrival and I will confirm you are in the correct space.

Drive in, reverse out.
