Really easy to find, good central location and we had no issues entering and exiting, it was completely painless and we will definitely park here in future when visiting Manchester

  • Parking on Sandywell Lane, M3

Used it for a short trip into City to run errands. There's a pedestrian short cut into City using new underpass, so it's quicker into the city actually than the App says..say 10 minutes up to Harvey Nicks/ MCR Cathedral area. It's quite a nice walk because the river Irwell runs at the back of the property. I'd be happy to use this again for this end of the City.

The location for us was ideal, quite a lot of cars but still plenty of space, barriers raised without giving us a ticket, but no hassle as it reads your registration, a great spot handy for everything.

Highly recommend, for value and location. Ideal for Piccadilly station. I was slightly concerned that I wouldn't be able to get out at the end of my stay, as the email reminder from YPS said to take a ticket on the way in when the entry barrier lifted using ANPR and I only read this when I already on the train! But no need for a ticket, the exit barrier lifted automatically, as the entry barrier had done. Great system!

Great location if you are heading in to central Manchester, easy to find and plenty of space. It's an open space rather than a structure but that has its own benefits
