Good location, everything went smoothly but front of building did not say heathfield street car park so I was concerned I'd driven into the wrong one and had to ask guard in security office. Otherwise great.Grace
Was unsure if we needed a ticket as there was a machine asking for pin. Emailed your parking space and received a quick response. Also received help from competent staff there. Very easy to get a place. Has a lift which was helpful for us. Great experience. Would use again.Claire
Payed £3.95 to park all day in center of Liverpool quite easy to find arrived at 9.40am on Saturday and found a space on level 7 of 14. On leaving just press the help button and tell them prepaid on line and tell them your reg number. I must admit for the price I was a bit dubious but everything went fine and will definitely use again.Philip
Excellent place to park for a visit to Liverpool. a few minutes walk to the centre ideal spot :)Charles
Great space. Easy to access and only a short walk from Albert docks. Would definitely park here again.Britta
Very efficient, no complications getting in or out, booked online and was let in straightaway to the parking space. Very happy. Would use again.Tanya
Satnav for the carpark postcode took us straight to the entrance. Took ticket and parked up. Very clean and well presented, lifts worked fine snd staff on the desk very helpful. On return we simply drive to the exit, presses the intercom button and explained we had pre-paid online. They asked for our registration number and that was that. Excellent position for both the city centre and only a short walk to the docks and ferry areas. Would definitely use again. Excellent position, friendly, secure and all at a great price. *****Kevin
Excellently priced, and carpark was clean and felt safe. However, directions that the app linked to were incorrect as it tried to take me down a pedestrian route, so wasted 15 mins trying to actually find the place. As someone else mentioned, the entry instructions are wrong. The barrier does not raise on approach, You need to take a ticket, then on exit press the ‘i’ button and the operator will ask you for your registration number. I was nervous about this but it worked perfectly. I will definitely park there again now I know where it is. Very cheap (£7.90 for 48 hours) and quite central.Nicola
I Was running late and had to wait on the owner to move their car onto the street for me to mark. Owner was a very nice guy though.Ricky
Great easy service. Note that the entry instructions were wrong - barrier did not raise on approach, had to take a ticket, then press the ‘i’ button on exit and state car reg ... all very easy though.Phil
