Easy to locate space as described nice wander down to sea.....Adam
No problem finding the parking space however there was another car parked in it when we arrived, it appears the spaces are not monitored very well. After a phone to Your Parking we were advised to park in the next bay, but that didn't display a Your parking plaque only one from another company saying you would be clamped if found parking in the bay, so a little concerned. Monitoring of spaces would be strongly advised and maybe if you book through Your Parking a receipt or sticker should be displayed on your windscreenKaren
Easy to find, easy access - 3 spaces - could be a little tight if everyone rocked up in Discoveries..Rupert
Good quiet spot but couldn't easily be found using google navigation as it sends you to the front of phoenix centreSteve
The space was easy to find and of a reasonable size and conveniently sited for the town and train station. Unfortunately my space was between 2 large old vans and when i returned after 2 days, there were three scratches and a scuff on the left side of the car which was annoying. If that hadn't happened I would have been happy to use again, but I am now not so sure.Mark
Worked Brilliantly for me. Went to my hotel first to drop off suitcase and then drove to Inwood Crescent. Owner there to greet me. very friendly and helpful. Good size car space for my car. I own a Ford Kuga which is quite a big car.I walked back to hotel which was on the sea front. Took me 20 mins . fab if you don't mind walking. Gave me the chance to see what the town was like. Will most certainly use again if I go back to Brighton.Elizabeth
Great location and so cheapMel
Great find! I almost want to keep it a secret!! But I won't- very recommended. Easy to find (Although I know Brighton quite well - maybe check out on a street view map) would definitely use again.Louise
Reasonably easy to find the spaces around the back of the building, down a little street between the Phoenix Centre and some houses. Direct access back onto the main road into Brighton from Lewes so avoiding the sea front traffic.Ric
Really easy to find, if you put into google maps 'Phoenix Place, Brighton' it comes straight up, but still not hard tro find without a sat nav. Didnt see the owner, just parked my car and left it, it was still there when i got back so it must have been fine :) Great price, my friends paid £50 to park at the NCP and i paid £19.Lara
