Easy to find, clean and tidy and felt secure. Entrance and exit are a tight for a bigger car

Get ticket on entry. Leaving, Go to exit barrier and press help button. We waited several minutes to be answered and caused a build up of cars behind us. Couldn't find our booking (as booking ID is not the same as access code, which we didn't have) after another 5 minutes he raised the barrier, seemingly using our reg plate as confirmation? Would use again as its a lot cheaper and a perfect location.

  • Parking on Colbrand Grove, B15

Fab location. Edgbaston cricket ground is around 25 minutes walk away, and the city centre isn't too far either. I arrived a little earlier than expected but that wasn't an issue for the owners of the space, who were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again if needed.

  • Parking on Centre City, Hinckley Street, B5

A bit difficult to find at first but ok. Very narrow once inside and not really a lot of room to swing open your doors but other than that the most pleasing aspect was it is super secure so over all I'd give it a 7 out of 10
