Easy to find on the high street, central location and felt at ease to leave my car overnight. You collect a token on the way in, and when you want to leave, visit the office on floor 1 next to the pay machine and give over your booking reference. Your token can them be used to leave through the exit gate.

Easy to book and secure. Slightly confusing signage, don't turn left on entry into 'reserved parking' go straight on through the barrier. I could have got a ticket but team were very friendly and didn't give me a ticket - rare these days! Recommended.

This was the first time I had used anything like this for parking ( booking a space ahead) Being older than 20! I did find the instructions confusing. Firstly it wasn't a ticket that was collected on entry it was a disc/chip. I think this threw me as the instructions said ticket.. It needs emphasising that you must then swap the disc with a real person at the office before exit. It would be so much easier if the machine swaped the disc for you. I put the disc in the machine and it came out again. Someone suggested we just put it in at barrier and it should work - it didn't! The lady was helpful when we used the buzzer but again it needs more notices that pre bookings must visit the office to swap discs. It was a very busy day which didn't help either.

Spoke to staff and found them friendly and efficent.Pre booked and rear instructions.Go to ticket machine and car recognised number plate then take tickey. Not a ticket plastic disc.Found parking spot and noted g floor.Into lift and control board numbers not letters.when at floor 1 someone told is this was exit. Not 0 as would have expected.on return hadt to take disc and and reference number to office Where disc taken then and put in machine and returned to me and told put in barrier machine on exit.Back to lift and guessed that 7 would take me to g floor which it did.Every thing worked successfully but it would be nice if instructions matched the fact and if lift was letters or floors were numbered as lift.Everything worked okay but taxes my pensioner brain so be aware then no problems.
