The ANPR didn't work, I pressed the phone button and was asked to wait a moment. The moment was some time and I had a queue of about 5 cars behind me eventually. People were getting out of their cars, one person gave up. I pressed again and someone else amswered and the barrier opened. When leaving the car park I had to go through this again. Booking on line obviously didn't work, when leaving the mam asked me how much I had paid?? I paid for 24 hours and had been there 22, didn't he know this from my booking. This didn't go smoothly at all.

A Great Price and a Great Central Location and I would certainly use this site again. That said, I think your directions for those not familiar with driving in Manchester City Center could be better. Please note the actual entrance and exit of this Car Park in Piccadilly is on DALE STREET. The Post Code given relates to the Offices and not the car park and would be customers need to make a note of that. I wasted half an hour looking around for this place and being sent off in all directions by locals who really didn't know where it was anymore than I did!
