Parking on Pallion Park, SR4
Everything was as hoped. Good secure parking in a house drive with gate. 10 minutes from the Hospital. Payment was simple. Booking confirmation and location details provided together with drive owners contact no. Would do again without question.

Able to park earlier than booked for but seemed like they were just packing as many cars in as they can. Also bit chaotic leaving the car park 1 steward who really didn't look like he wanted to be there

Couldn't find the car park. Sat nav took us to a closed road. Ended up in car park at the metro arena and paying a further £6

Arena car park beside the metro radio arena was a great location to park whilst I work in the city centre, could never fault the staff exceptional service throughout and if they could do any thing additional to help you out they bent over backwards for you

Parking on Ord Street, NE4
Operative on entrance to car park wouldn’t accept my printed ticket for £10, said parking was only £5. Not happy

Good space, easily accessible and very secure. Ideally located for the quayside and for the station, very short walk into town centre.

Very handy for the Metro Arena Newcastle. I was slightly concerned by how tightly packed in the cars were, as they double park, so I was worried I would not get out when I wanted. However found it not to be a problem as the attendants only double park locals working nearby, and they have the owners car keys, so if you need to get out, they will move the cars blocking you in. It really was not a problem. If you are not a confident parker they will do it for you! The owners and staff were just fabulous, so friendly and helpful. I felt very happy to park my car here. It's perhaps not the cheapest around but you can't get much closer to the Arena and leaving is so quick, no waiting around for hundreds of other cars to move. I will definitely park here again when visiting the Metro Arena. The booking process was very simple and booking confirmation straight through to my email address.

Good location as short walk from city centre, only reason given 4* rather than 5* is that directions could be slightly clearer for finding it, other than that was spot on.
