The council-run Cathedral & Quay Car Park is a pay and display park, and is around a 5-minute walk from Exeter Quay. You’ll find it on Lower Coombe Street and with 355 spaces available, it’s reasonably large. 

It is open Monday to Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm and is locked at 11:00pm. This includes Bank Holidays. The charges for this car park are:

The Okehampton Street Car Park is close to Exeter Quay - around a 15-minute walk away across the river. There are 81 spaces available in this car park which is open Monday to Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm, and this includes Bank Holidays.

Charges for the Okehampton Street Car Park are:

The Mary Arches Street car park is one of the only car parks close to Exeter Quay that is open 24 hours. There are 51 spaces available here including motorcycle parking, and it’s around a 10-minute walk to Exeter Quay. The charges apply between Monday to Sunday 8:00am - midnight:

Blue badge holders are also able to park in any space at Haven Banks Car Park - One. This car park is located on Water Lane and has 90 spaces open between Monday and Sunday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.
