  • Parking on Tettenhall Road, WV1

Easy to find, although on busy main road so can be hard to pull into if coming from wrong direction. However mandeep is a lovely owner and very helpful. A must book if you need parking near Wolverhampton. About a 20 minute walk away, however a taxi cost me around £5.

  • Parking on Friars Terrace , ST17

Large and easily accessible space - absolutely no issues with the space itself. I would only mention that it is necessary to contact the owner to establish exactly where the space is located as it is not obvious from the map on the website or Google Earth - the owner could save herself some admin hassle by providing more details on the website. Having said this, when I asked for more precise details she texted back with good directions, so, again, no problems here. So I definitely recommend this space, but you will need to ask for directions unless the web description is made more precise.

I booked a space within 2 minutes of a commercial car park at less than half the commercial rate. The space was in a private car park and so was secure and safe. I needed an entry code to open the security gate to the parking area but a quick call to the owner sorted this. The space was a little tight but perfectly usable, even with my large rented SUV. In fact the experience was so painless that I booked the same space again 2 weeks later and will do the same in the next couple of weeks when I need to make the same journey. Great for savings, convenience and security, and a great way to send a message to rip-off "commercial" car parking firms that "uber" -style internet connectability will soon see an end to their disgraceful monopoly and outrageous rates. Way to go!
