Rent a The Crown Ground Parking Space
The Crown Ground, currently titled the Wham Stadium due to a sponsorship deal, is located in Lancashire and has been the home of Accrington Stanley FC since 1968, when the club was founded. The club gained Football League status in 2006, ending the towns 44-year spell without a league club.
The Crown Ground does feature its own car park that can fill up quickly on match days. This means it can be much easier to book your parking space in advance to ensure access to a space upon arrival. Accrington railway station is roughly one mile from the stadium and is served by trains from Manchester Victoria and Leeds.
The Crown pub is the closest pub to the ground that allows entry to away supporters. There is also the Peel Park Hotel that serves food and is located next to the site of Accrington Stanley’s old ground. The city centre is not far away and there are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.
