Information about parking in Weston homes community stadium
Weston Homes Community Stadium, otherwise known as The Colchester Community Stadium, is the current home of Colchester United FC since they moved from Layer Road Stadium in 2008. The club were originally founded in 1937.
The Colchester Community Stadium features its own car park, but spaces are somewhat limited meaning it can be easier and cheaper to book an allocated parking space in before going to any Colchester United FC home match. Colchester North is the nearest train station to the ground. It is just under two miles from the stadium.
There is little choice in terms of pubs, bars and restaurants near the Weston Homes Community Stadium. It is therefore advisable to visit the city centre where you will find a good variety to choose from, including The Bricklayers, The Norfolk, and The Norfolk Arms. Colchester Zoo is also a great attraction for a family day out.

The parking space was double booked and we had to leave our car on the road. The landlord refunded our money but this spoiled what should have been a special day with concern over the safety of our car.ELIZABETH
I used the driveway instead of the City centre car parks when attending Portman Road when Lincoln City played Ipswich in the FA cup. It was a shortish walk to the ground and we got on the road quickly after the game. #ImpvasionTony
Tight parking space for quiet a large car but suited us . The parking space commented it was only 0.2miles from Colchester Football stadium , but it was more like a mile. Apart from that no problem. Would use again.Dennis
