Overall parkIng was excellent for the arena but one critism was I have heart problems and we couldn't find a lift, there are to many steps from the outside to the parkIng level, but having said that it was my fault for not asking if they cater for disability people, all in all a good car park for the arena.Thomas
It needs a card machine Payment option ASAP. Not everyone carries cash or has internet accessTracy
Easy to book, great daily rate & easy to exit. Will use this booking system every time I am in leeds.Louanne
Great price easy to findGARY
Great location but the barrier almost never recognises your reg and opens on the way out which adds some time to leaving as you have to press the help button and wait, makes the people in the cars behind quite angry.Jenny
Prebooked a days parking in Leeds city centre. It was so much cheaper than paying on the day and so easy. Barrier opened when I drove in and the number plate recognition meant o didn't even have to insert my ticket when leaving. A doddle. Will definitely use yourparkingspace again.Carl
Brilliant, easy to use site instant confirmation of booking, easy to get to car park, well lit spotlessly clean and tidy, the signs have been alteeed since my first review really easy to read exit signs for both pedestrians and vehicles (thank you) can't fault this car park, really friendly staff too. Would highly recommend, its very central easy for the University, shopping and the Leeds arena. Thank you for great service from both car park and yourparkingspace, excellent service from both.Janine
Made the booking. Had to advise regarding no which was done & received acknowledgement of this. Used designated car park but could not edit as instructed because the car park had not been advised of registration no so ANPR was not aware of the detail and I could not edit. No person present to address matter to.15 mins blocking busy city centre car park edit at 16.30 prime time for people going home MOST EMBARRASSING!!!!!!!!John
Access to the parking spot was impossibl, since many roads were closed, because of the England vs Australia cricket. I did call for help but nothing constructive was forctcoming. Eventually, I paid another £20 to park elsewhere. The vendor reckoned her other customers were able to park. My response is that they may have been more familiar with how to navigate around the road closures during big cricket games. I followed the very straighforword M40, M42, A435 and feel let down that there was no advice on how to reach my parking spotn under these circumstances.Rob
Parked in the Citipark Merrion Centre for the First Direct Arena. Brilliant location. Well lit. Even on arrival there was a lady meeting everyone and seeing if she could help. Would park here again for sure.Anne
