a bit trickyto find but when you do very helpful staff and very safe secure parking will defo use again if we are in the area.Rebecca
The booking process is really easy. You pick you date and time, pay and get confirmation with everything you need to know on it. There are a couple of issues though....1. Easy to find but there is a yellow and black pole splitting the entrance vertically in the middle. 2. The door shutter doesn't stay open for very long after the code is entered. 3. There is a very tight turn into the car park that a big car may struggle to get round. 4. The ramp is pretty steep so lower cars may scrape the floor. 5. The down ramp is narrow and the whole level is pretty tight for space. I did check with hotel reception that I had parked in the correct place because there were some spaces that said reserved for private parking. Overall it is really convenient for the Echo Arena (10 min walk max) and is secure and well lit. The price is good too - I paid £6.50 for 9 hours. Just be careful with the tight turns and ramps.Debbie
great and easyRyan
Great location for the dock and the echo arena. Took us a while to figure out how to leave the car park once we had parked up, but we figured it out in the end ! Would recommend and use againBecky
good location for docks area. pre-booking easy, cost good, ease of access good, security good and cleanJeff
I couldn't find it ended up parking a block away try to contact no answer I would try again if I could get an answer on the phone to at least direct me in as I am going to Liverpool on Saturday and could do with somewhere to part again would try again if helped with directions thanksVinny
Easy to find the Car Park and entrance and plenty of choice of space. Very well positioned for the Docks. Struggled more working out the layout to find the exit ramp, but maybe that's just me.Caroline
Great parking place for Everton or Liverpool home games , gates open on arrival and the lady came out and closed them when we had arrived and parked up . Spoke to her briefly before we left the match , very pleasant lady . Highly recommendedPeter
No problem finding the car park (I did read the reviews first which was helpful) pleasant receptionist gave us the code to enter and straight down to plenty of good large spaces. We have a large 4 x 4 and had no problems getting down to level -4. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Liverpool and will certainly use them again.Andrew
Great parking ! Hassle free reserved online ‘I would use this spot again if I return. Only downside was the exit not very clearly marked from basement but no big deal !Paul
