Parking was easy to find and very good location for lime st station just a few mins walk away and saved me a small fortune. Was a little confusing when entering as didn't know you needed to take a ticket but on exit just Prees help button at barrier and they have your booking and let you out. Excellent experience and will use again.Neil
Very good, manned, gated parking. Not auto recognised but take a ticket on arrival and press call button to leave.Michael
central location.. really easy to use. very helpful attendant. tight corners on the ramps if you have a long vehicle, I was cautious in my Toyota corolla. Will certainly use this website again.. it couldn't have been simpler!Michelle
Fantastic with one small comment the car park is not Heathfield car park it is Liverpool Central car park and this confused me initially. I would recommend this site and easily found a space. Most impressed especially with the cost, which was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using the site for my future parking needsAdrian
Great clean well lit car park fully gated and very secure. Great prices also, trips before to the city have resulted in parking costs of £20+ will definitely be booking here again for any future visits. Please be advised though you just need to take a ticket at the barrier then advise the attendant of your pre booked space when you leave.Thomas
Parked here before and will park here again. The website for our parking space is easier to use than the one for the actual car park. I tried to book direct as it was a bit cheaper, but it wouldn't allow me, so I booked using this website instead. Easy enough to find a space, and the car park itself is clean and bright. Only thing is that I have to collect a ticket upon entry as the number plate recognition doesn't work as stated on this website, and on the way out I have to press the information button to speak to someone about my booking. It would be better if it was more streamlined, but it was still easy enough.Marie
Wish i had known about this years ago haha. Great carpark and once you know what to do its straight forward. Only because id read a previous review i knew you had to take a ticket. Will defo use again and highly recommend .Emma
Under Parking instructions it should make it clear that you need to take a ticket at barrier to get in. Once in it was straight forward.Colin
