Excellent. Hotel staff brilliant - really friendly and helpful. Couldn't be easier. Will be using regularly from now on.Nigel
Safe, secure, close to the city centre. Plenty of room for long wheel based transit van. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception. Only downside is the bumps in the gravel section of the car park, but they aren't an issue if taken slowly.Matt
Not the easiest to find via google maps but for there eventually. 15 min walk to city centre and well lit. Would recommendedBex
Great parking, very easy to find. Although was slightly hard to get my car out of the space at one point due to the amount of work vans parked in the car park. Other than that great parking and would use againHolly
Very convenient to the city centre, the app booking process was a doddle and the piece of mind for a parking space at a very competitive pricing. However, 4 stars? Basically, as warned by the booking, largish 4x4 can get in (Touareg) but if your not confident it could be daunting. The code entry process is okay, if only the app people had updated the codes in their texts (changed every Monday apparently.) Lastly, you have to exit the car due to the placement of the keypad in a tight, confined exit ramp. Saying this, I would use again.David
This parking is part of the Copthorn hotel but open to non residents. Easy to find, adjacent to the Quayside. 10 minwalk to city center ( up 120 steps so need to be reasonably fit). Hotel staff very friendly and familiar with bookings via "your parking". Everything followed the instructions supplied and a great place to stop.John
Hard to find on sat nav as not sign posted well. Great central location and very cheap. Nothing fancy but does the job.Bex
