Great location, good parking facilities, secure and clean. Just one thing which is quite annoying when you pay online before arriving, the ticket that is issued to you when you arrive is not aware of the payment you have already made, so when you try to leave you have to alert the attendant by pressing a button on the machine, which I did, but the call did not get answered for 6 minutes, and it meant there was a huge queue of traffic behind me who were very annoyed. Once the call was answered it was easily resolved, but this problem will arise every time you pay on line, which is VERY annoying.Martin
Easy to find, very close to the city centre. You have to press the button for assistance when you arrive back in the car park to give them your booking details, you then have to press the button for assistance again when you get to the barrier for them to let you out, it takes a while for them to answer and holds up the rest of the cars leaving.Lisa
Very handy carparking space, especially if you are staying in the Travelodge! The space is at the back doors! Easy to find, with clear directions. Very central to York with only a few minutes walk into the city. The carpark is well lit, the spaces are very generous and right next to the cop shop. When you enter your access code at the gate remember to add # on the end otherwise it will not work! Best parking space in York.Tanya
Location perfect for a visit to York City Centre, only a few minutes walk away. I contacted Jithu via text message to check I was in the correct place and he responded instantly. Fantastic price and so much better than leaving your car on a carpark all day. I would definitely recommend this space.Tanya

Easy to find and no problems encountered. Did not speak to the ownerJames
Very convenient location for us. Jithu was available to respond to our questions on arrival and also allowed us to extend our stay easily. Many thanks.Paul
Provided you have a small car this is the perfect space. I have used it a couple of times and never had a problem. Walking distance to the centre and the owner is very friendly if you happen to meet them. Would definitely reccommend. But like I said... only a short space so not suitable for long/big vehicles. :)Lucy
I was able to drive to the Parking Space from the railway station quite easily using a sat nav device in the car( having dropped a passenger off there). I would have found it very difficult without it and there were numerous diversions and road works in place at the time. The park was virtually empty on arrival and i found a spot just inside the barriers after entering. On return at 10pm, i placed the ticket in the machine and it requested payment of £15 although it had already been prepaid. Pressing the assistance button remedied the situation and the barriers were lifted and i departed. By foot, it took about 15-20 minutes to walk to the MInister/ York Railway station so not too bad. ( on the day, it was half the price of the Station long stay park. Overall, i was happy with the deal i got.Derek
