The One Square Brasserie & Bar has an extensive collection of more than 100 types of gin. It uses fresh and local ingredients in its menu, and it even includes an entirely vegan menu. In 2019, the Sheraton Edinburgh was named the Breakfast Hotel of the Year.

Edinburgh Castle is only a few hundred metres from the Sheraton Edinburgh. Across from the Sheraton Edinburgh is The Usher Hall. It’s the only 5-star concert hall in the country, housed in a beautiful Edwardian building that opened in 1914. It hosts musical performances, comedy, talks, and dance. It can also be rented for conferences and corporate events. Since 1947, it has been the main venue for the Edinburgh International Festival.
