Rent a Memorial Stadium Parking Space
The Memorial Stadium was originally opened in 1921 and is dedicated to the memory of the local rugby union players of Bristol killed during the First World War. It was originally the home of Bristol Rugby Club until 2014, and has been the home ground of Bristol Rovers FC since 1996.
While there is some allocated parking for home and away fans at the Memorial Stadium, it can fill quickly meaning it is often considerably easier to pre-book your parking space to guarantee there is a space waiting for you on your arrival. Filton Abbey Wood Train Station is located roughly a 25-minute walk from the ground. However, Bristol Parkway is the main railway station and is located over two miles away, making it quite a trek.
If you are looking for food or drink before and after the match, there is a supporters’ bar at the ground. Alternatively, The Queen Vic and The Annexe Inn are both relatively close to the Memorial Stadium. There is also a wide variety of things to see and do in the city centre, including Bristol Aquarium, Clifton Suspension Bridge, and Brunel’s ss Great Britain.

nicely fenced off space. the surrounding area appears quite run down and rough. I wouldn't want to be alone here at night. after 5 days parking car was fine. the safety of your vehicle does depend on other people using the car park. the last car to leave has to lock the gate. most of the time people locked the gate but on the last day someone left it open. I can't fault the price for the space itself, but you do wonder about how your car is doing in this area, so I would give it 4 stars. no issuesUMAR
As others have said, the space is quite difficult to find. There were quite a few locks etc to sort out and we ended up holding the gate for people going in and out which was a nuisance. However, it is secure and was brilliant value for money. When we went out, we paid £13.20 for 4 hours parking in an NCP! Parking at the space for 4 days was only £15.00! Parking in Bristol is very, very limited if you are not a resident, so for us this parking space was a godsend.Gillian
Worked well. Very handy for it centreElizabeth
A few yards up a narrow lane off Gloucester Rd (which has excellent bus services into the city). No problems, very convenient. Recommended.David
Parked here for 3 days, was ideal for where we were staying (Premier inn nearby) and felt very safe leaving the car there. Location could be more obvious by having some sort of sign on the gate/fence (wasn't a problem for me as I'd seen the photo on here, but might be more difficult if arriving at night). The postcode isn't very specific and our satnav took us to the next road, but we had the address so just drove round the corner to find it and looked for the red gates.Carron
I didn't use it I couldn't find it because you gave me a wrong post code thank you I wil never use this app againJose
Easy to find via postcode and no problem parking and getting out. Just 10 min walk to the County cricket ground so ideal. Many thanksRobert
I wasn't quite sure where the space was - but having knocked on the door, the owner was very helpful. We were going to the cricket ground and found the space very close by - it was only 5-10 mins walk away and we missed all the traffic.Sarah
