Rent a Sixfields Stadium Parking Space
Sixfields Stadium, named after the Sixfields area in which it is based, is the home of Northampton Town FC following their move from the county ground in 1994. The club is often nicknamed The Cobblers because of the towns historic links to the shoe-making industry. They were founded in 1897 and hold the record for taking the shortest time to gain promotion from the bottom league to the top league and back to the bottom in the space of 9 years.
Northampton train station is located over two miles from Sixfields Stadium and takes roughly 30 minutes to walk. There is a designated car park at the ground, which generally fills quickly. There are few other parking options located near the stadium, so it is recommended to book your parking space before arrival which can ensure an easier and cheaper parking experience.
There are a variety of bars, pubs, and restaurants located near the Sixfields Stadium, including Carrs Bar, located at the ground; The Sixfields Tavern, which is always popular; and the Flaming Grill pub, which serves food. The Northampton Museum and Art Gallery is also worth visiting.

Great location for the Saints rugby only a few minutes walk. Easy to Park and easy to get out at the end of the game. The owner was welcoming and helpful, I will certainly use again if available. Recommended !!Chris
Good easy and shot walk to rugby pitchOliver
Easy enough to find, Sat nav took us to within about 100 yards of the pub, so we just had to have quick look around to locate the car park. On arrival I popped into the pub a spoke to the bar man and showed him where I had parked, all good. We used this as we were attending Northampton Town v Leyton Orient, it took us about 25 minutes to walk to and from the Stadium. On the walk we passed through the Village of Dunston where there was a Co-op Local ideal for stocking up on snacks for the game. Happy days as Orient had a 1-0 win.Russell
Definitely recommend this space, five mins walk to Saints ground and fifteen from Sixfields. No problem finding it or parking.Nigel
Clean and secure parking very tight to get in but can be done by reversing in,. Once parked up it is a short walk to the rugby grounds, well worth the stress free parking/security.Bob
