Never spoke to owner but that was not a problem. The only problem was finding the space. Would have been a lot easier if you said it was a leisure/casino car park. The email explaining this arrived after we left home??? I would recommend this space to others. Car was there ready to collect in one piece....well done...but covered in bird shit but accept there is nothing you can do about that. Thanks for a most reasonable price.

Easy access and good parking. Used for a cruise from Ocean Terminal which is just over 1mile and took about 20mins nearer to Mayflower Terminal. My only concern was security as it is outside a casino and fitness centre and I guess people come and go particularly in the evening, however all was OK after 10days. Flat well marked out and tarmacked.

Really easy to find. Used for football at St Mary's after traveling from North. Although 20 mins walk to ground it was perfect for getaway post match as the areas around the ground were gridlocked. Would use again

Very easy parking space to find and perfect for my needs. We used it to park whilst at a Southampton match which is a casual 20-25 min walk to the ground.

Owner very helpful and sent detailed text message on the day with parking instructions. A 15 minute walk to St Mary's Stadium - slightly longer to Away Supporters section at north end of ground.
