How accessible is the building? 

There is a lift which can accommodate wheelchairs which are no larger than 840mm wide by 1150mm in length. When you book tickets, please speak to a member of staff if you need to use the lift. You’re free to try out the lift before the date of your visit, just get in contact to arrange this. 

On the ground floor, there is a bar, the box office, sales points and a fully accessible toilet. From Door A, there is level access to all rows except for row V. What is there to do nearby? 

The historic Cardiff Castle is less than 10 minutes’ walk away, which is surrounded by Bute Park. From the castle, you can catch a ferry which will take you out to the harbour where you can explore the Mermaid Quay shopping centre. There, you’ll find a ton of shops, as well as the Wales Millennium Centre. In the city centre, you can also check out spots like the Principality Stadium and the National Museum Cardiff.
