There are several options available for Ormskirk parking.
There is short-term parking available at the Bus Station, Lunesdale, Market Way, Park Pool, Park Road and Wheatsheaf. The maximum stay is up to 4 hours, and the costs are as follows:

- £3.00 for up to 9 hours
Derby Street offers parking at the following rates:
- Monday - Friday:
- Free for up to 30 minutes (a parking ticket must still be displayed)
- 70p for up to 1 hour
- £1.10 for up to 2 hours
- £1.60 for up to 3 hours
- £2.00 for up to 4 hours
- £3.00 for up to 9 hours
- Saturday:
- Free for up to 4 hours (a parking ticket must still be displayed)
- £3.00 for up to 9 hours
All council car parks are free from after 5:30pm until 8am, as well as all day on Sundays and bank holidays.
You may also apply for a resident’s parking permit for a cost of £25 per permit, and £25 for a visitors permit. These last for a year from their date of issue. Blue badge holders can apply for a permit at no cost. You must ensure that your vehicle is parked within the designated spaces, and that the parking permit is clearly displayed.
