If you can’t use the kiosk, the concierge staff will be happy to help. 

The urgent care clinic is open every day from 8am to 10pm, and they’ll do their best to see you within 4 hours with no need for an appointment. General visiting hours run from 11am to 8pm, but you can get in contact with the hospital to arrange a visit outside of these hours.

There are 60 disabled parking bays across car parks at Chase Farm Hospital. On their first visit to the hospital, blue badge holders must register their vehicle registration number and the serial number of their badge. 

This can be done at one of two machines available. One is in the main entrance of the hospital, opposite car park 2. The other is in the entrance to the Highlands Wing building. If these machines are unavailable, you can speak to concierge staff at the main entrance. 

Blue badge holders can park for free, for a maximum of four hours at a time, for one year from when they register.
